WHEN LIFE GIVES YOU LEMONS ...
Using multiple permanent magnets to lift large steel plates is inefficient — the flux can't be controlled, activation/deactivation needs repeated manual switching, and thin sheets stick together with no easy way to separate them. Stacking plates also requires extra manpower to detach.
But when life gives you lemons, make lemonade! So when we encountered a situation with multiple new 1 and 2-ton manual lifting magnets lying around, Instead of discarding them, our solution was to design a spring-damped lifting beam with a capacity of up to 20 Tons, allowing the magnets to be suspended vertically in a balanced, uniform arrangement.
