The terms Force or Pull Force are used interchangeably throughout the store and refer to the maximum observable or tested force against a 10mm thick grinded finish mild steel plate. The pull force will depreciate with thinner plates or sheets. The Pull force or Force is expressed in lbs, Kg or N.

Large Lifting and Separation System Controllers
- The EMD-100 Electromagnetic Control System consists of 3 primary control units usually mounted on the crane girder components - a) the main control cabinet, b) Transformer cabinet, and c) Battery backup accumulator unit (if specified or required)
- The EMD-100 rectifies a 3-Phase AC power supply through a rectifier transformer to obtain 220V DC through a bridge rectifier. Each cabinet consists of an auto air switch, a rectifier transformer, a rectifier unit, DC contactors, etc. The circuit provides safety protections such as short-circuit and overvoltage protection. It offers a simplified structure, reliable performance, and ease of maintenance.
- The Battery Backup unit is designed to switch the power supply in case of a sudden power failure during operation. The attached materials will be guaranteed not to fall during their sustaining mechanism, and thus ensure the material is placed securely through the windlass crane
