The terms Force or Pull Force are used interchangeably throughout the store and refer to the maximum observable or tested force against a 10mm thick grinded finish mild steel plate. The pull force will depreciate with thinner plates or sheets. The Pull force or Force is expressed in lbs, Kg or N.

- The EMD-100 Electromagnetic Control System consists of 3 primary usually mounted on the crane girder components - a) the main control cabinet b) Transformer cabinet c) Battery backup accumulator unit (if specified or required)
- The EMD-100 rectifies a 3-Phase AC power supply through rectifier transformer to obtain 220V DC through bridge rectifier Each cabinet consists of auto air switch, rectifier transformer, rectifier unit, DC contactors, etc., The circuit has safe protections like short circuit and over voltage. It has the advantage of a simplified structure, reliable performance and ease of maintenance.
- The Battery Backup unit is designed to switch power supply in case of sudden failure during operation. The attached materials will be guaranteed not to fall down during its sustaining mechanism, and thus ensure the material be placed down securely through the windlass crane
