Abbreviations and Conventions used Storewide

All Dimensions are in Metric Scale (mm); Conventions and abbreviations used throughout the Store:

L : Length | OD : Outer Dia | ID : Inner Dia | W : Width | H : Height | T : Thickness (also Height) | CS : Countersunk | G : Gauss

The terms Force or Pull Force are used interchangeably throughout the store and refer to the maximum observable or tested force against a 10mm thick grinded finish mild steel plate. The pull force will depreciate with thinner plates or sheets. The Pull force or Force is expressed in lbs, Kg or N.

  • Battery powered Electro Permanent Magnetic Lifter for smaller flat & round sections, off-cuts and small plates from CNC plate cutting tables, for loading & unloading plates from VMS CNC machines.
  • Fully Autonomous handling, hands-off operation, simply by crane manipulation, 2 Pole design for lifting both round and flat components
  • Option to control by panel push buttons or wireless remote pendent - both with Safety integrated 2-button operation
  • Inbuilt fully independent, integrated maintenance-free battery and controls
  • Light weight and robust construction, no power is needed during actual operation
  • Longer lasting unit and batteries compared to traditional battery-operated Electromagnet lifters
  • Special safety - Will not handle load at below critical battery power or drop load upon sudden battery power drop.
