Payment & RFQ

We will proceed with order fulfilment only upon a successful payment through Paypal towards your cart. Request for Quotation (RFQ) transactions will not attract any action from our side aside from the auto RFQ response from the cart.

Grade of Magnets

Some of the Neodymium magnet material items in our store may appear seemingly more expensive than some other online stores. All the Neo raw magnets in our store are of Grade N50 or 52, significantly more powerful and expensive than the Grade 35, 40 or 42 material on offer at most other stores. We do not compromise on the grade of the material while other stores are usually shy of specifying their grades.

A higher grade and more powerful material allows you to design your applications with a smaller footprint.


All items in our store are based in US$ prices.
The minimum order value to checkout from our store is US$15.


Currently, we accept the following methods to pay for our products:


This is the fastest & most preferred method of payment. Our store integrates directly with PayPal.  You can complete your purchase using our shopping cart and choose the PayPal option upon checkout.  You don't even need to have a Paypal account! You may choose to log in to your PayPal account (if you have one) or simply opt to pay by your credit card (if you do not have an account) and make the payment.  It is incredibly simple, safe and secure. Your orders will also be entitled to same-day shipping if you meet the following criteria.

For all orders placed online before noon on business day D, orders will be shipped out same day by 5pm.

For all orders placed after noon on business day D, orders will be shipped out by 12pm on D=1

For all orders placed on weekends and public holidays, orders will be shipped out tyhe next work day.

Cheque/Money Order/Wire / Paynow  

 Upon checkout you will also have the option of placing your order online and mailing in your payment.  Your order will be emailed to us and only upon receipt of funds, we will initiate the delivery process. You can arrange payment in a number of ways:


A very easy & convenient method of payment in Singapore Dollars for Singapore Bank account holders. If you are not comfortable paying by Paypal through our Megamall, you may opt for this alternative instead.You will need to contact us (by email or whatsapp) for the equivalent value of your purchase in Singapore Dollars however, as our store default currency is in US Dollars.

a. Personal Banking Paynow : Once you have your equivalent Singapore Dollar value, please follow the steps. Go to your personal banking Paynow option ----> Select Unique Entity Number (UEN)----> Key in 201836341K-----> State the amount (in Singapore Dollars)--->State the Reference NUmber/Order Number/Invoice Nimber------> Whatsapp us at 81279676 when done. Leave the rest to us.

Cash/Cheque On Delivery (C.O.D)  

 This option is available only for customers in Singapore, who choose to self-collect their orders. Currently, we are unable to arrange Cash or Cheque collection for deliveries by Registered Post or local courier. We do not accept Personal Cheques. Cheques must be crossed/Account Payee Company Cheques.

Purchase Order / Request Quote   This option is available only for customers in Singapore.We accept Purchase Orders only from businesses with approved credit.  To open an account with us, please fill up this FORM and email to . Account setup takes approximately 14 business days from receipt of all requested information.  Terms of all Purchase Orders are Net 30. Order below US$150 will attract a local delivery charge.


















































There will be a Goods & Services tax of 7% for Singapore customers. There will be no tax for customers outside of Singapore.

Prices including delivery are exclusive of any customs or import duties charged at the destination countries.

Return Policy

If you inadvertently made a mistake in your order

Thats ok, mistakes do happen. Supreme Magnets will accept returns on all magnets in original and resalable condition within 30 days of purchase.  However shipping fees are not refundable.  There is a $10.00 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is greater, for all returned items.  Please email us at to receive an RMA number before returning any products. All magnets must be shipped in a box in order to comply with international shipping and carrier regulations. Returns in an envelope or padded envelope will not be accepted. Return refund processing can take 3-4 weeks, from receipt of the return, as all products are individually inspected for damage/use.

Neodymium magnets are prone to breaking due to mishandling so extra caution must be exercised during packaging the shipment. We will not accept returns on magnets that have been damaged in transit due to improper handling, incorrect packing or those that show signs of wear.
Custom orders are not eligible for return unless the products do not meet the original specifications.

Please be sure to provide a complete and correct shipping address.  Any order returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address supplied or an undeliverable address will be refunded the value of the order less shipping and any return shipping charges.  If you would like the order reshipped, we require that you pay another shipping fee, as postage for returned items is not refunded by the carrier.  Any shipments refused by addressee are also subject to shipping and return shipping charges.

If we inadvertently made a mistake in your order

We can make mistakes too. If we sent you the wrong magnets, we will refund the amount you spend to return the shipment to us.  Sometimes if it is a few pieces it may be best to just let you keep the magnets than for you to go to the trouble of returning them, while we go about correctly resending your items.

NOTE:  When you return magnets for any reason you are responsible for shielding the magnets so that the box is not magnetic at the surface.  The best way to test this is to use a paper clip around the outer edges of the box and see if the clip sticks to the side of the box on any side.  If a paper clip sticks, it is too magnetic and needs more sheet metal or a larger box.  Also, any magnets will be better off if you place them in the center of the box and use packing material the will prevent the magnets from sliding to an edge of the box.
